Tecno Più offers AXS, an advanced access control solution that integrates with the machine’s control panel and, depending on the selected configuration, safely manages either authorization to operate the machinery or access to work cells and enclosed hazardous areas.
System Overview
Electronic RFID (13.56 MHz) access control system for industrial safety, connected directly to the machinery’s control panel.
Two Selectable Functions (via App):
- Machine Use Authorization: ensures that only trained and registered personnel can operate the machinery using their personal badge, ensuring full traceability.
- Access to Hazardous Areas: secures and manages entry to and exit from enclosed work cells and hazardous areas.
Technology and Management
Connectivity: connects via network cable or Wi-Fi. Initial setup and commissioning are performed through a smartphone or tablet app.
Cloud Management: enables remote management of users, schedules, access and usage logs, as well as fault and anomaly notifications.
Multiple-Device Configuration: for areas with multiple access points, several devices can be installed and linked together in a Master/Slave configuration.
